Relation, friend or any other person who was an eyewitness to the
death should inform about the death to the Embassy.
Registration
of Deaths
Required
documents:
- Death report by the
doctor with an English translation
- Certificate issued by the
hospital handing over the body with an English translation.
- Other related documents
of the death issued by the Korean authorities with English
translations.
- Passport, Birth
Certificate and other identification documents of the dead
person.
- Fee 26,000 K.Won
