A child born
outside of Sri Lanka is eligible to apply for a Sri Lankan Birth
Certificate. Relavant applications to be got down from the Embassy
of Sri Lanka, # 229-18, Iteawon Dong, Youngsang - Gu, Seoul.
- Original Birth
Certificates of the father and the mother
- Original Marriage
Certificate of parents
- Original Sri Lanka
Citizenship Certificate of father or mother, if he or she is a
registered citizen
- Original Travel Documents
and Visas held by parents to prove residence abroad at the time
of childs birth
- Birth Certificate issued
by the hospital where the child was born, certified by the city
office and english translation of it.
